Kathy is the Founder of Coach Kathy Wilson a Personal & Organizational Development company that provides training and coaching programs for professionals in the area of leadership, team-building, skilled communication, and transition management. Kathy focuses on designing strategies so that her clients can achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to starting her own company in 2002, Kathy was a collegiate and professional basketball player, and spent seven years coaching women's basketball at the University of Mississippi and The George Washington University. Kathy received her BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill in 1988, her Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching in 2001, and her Masters in Organizational Management in 2002, both from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.  She is a member of Yes!Circle, Black Coaches & Administrators, and on the board of the DC Chapter of WISE (Women In Sports & Events). She also volunteers her time with NFTE (National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship).
