Concierge Service Our Concierge program is flexible and challenges the Chapter to match the visitor's "wants, needs and desires" with local members who can point them in the right direction. As with any new service, the Chapter is exploring ways to enrich the experience. For example, the Smart Women, Smart Business Guide, which debuts in 2007, will be made available to visitors who contact us and give us a minimum of 10 working days notice. It will contain information on women owned businesses to patronize in areas such as accommodations, hospitality and shopping. If you are planning a visit to Washington, DC, whether for business or pleasure, email or fax us information in the following categories so that we may respond with a Proposed Action Plan and local contacts.
